A:All Gold Strike tax documents for activity prior to the February 15, 2023 transition will still be available by logging into your online account at mgmrewards.com. For tax documents related to Gold Strike activity after February 15, 2023 transition, please visit onestarrewards.com. Q:Is the Gold Strike mobile app free for Android and iPhone? A:Yes, the Gold Strike mobile app is free to download. Q:How do you download the Gold Strike mobile app? A:Go to Google Play or the App Store, and search for “Gold Strike” to download the latest Gold Strike app for Android or iPhone. Q:What can you do in the Gold Strike mobile app? A:The app allows you to check all your account details associated with your One Star Rewards account, including your available Food & Beverage and Hotel offers. You are also able to see all upcoming property promotions and events & receive exclusive in-app messages. Q:I tried entering my Player ID and PIN, why is it rejecting my information? A:If you receive the message “Invalid Account Number and/or PIN. Please try again or visit Player’s Club for further assistance.”, it is because the information entered does not match our records. You will have three attempts to correctly enter your Player ID and PIN. After three attempts, you will receive the message “Account has been locked. Please visit Player’s Club to reset your PIN and try again in 30 minutes.”. You must have your PIN reset at Player’s Club to access your account information in the mobile app. Q:How can players sign up in the app if they do not currently have a One Star Rewards account? A:There is currently not a way for guests to sign up within the Gold Strike mobile app. Anyone can access the Gold Strike mobile app and see all public promotions and events, but must sign up for a One Star Rewards card at Player’s Club or the Cage in order to view their personal account information.
